Interesting how she said she didn't know anything about the case because my file wasn't in front of her, but she certainly seemed to know a lot about it...is she lying too???

I called her back yesterday to remind her that she was going to send me the proper grievance complaint from and look in to the case and get back to me, but she must have gone to the same school of lies as Rebecca because she answered that she didn't do it yet because she was under the impression that I was going to send her a letter first, then she would look in to it. Gee, wonder where she got that idea...?
